Sunday's you either love them or your hate them....
I love Sunday's.
Sunday for me is a day you can relax and prepare for the week ahead. Today I've decided I will be returning back to slimming world as of Monday.
Me and my partner brought out first home 7 weeks ago, we have lots of work to do on it but we are really excited about it as we get to put our stamp on the house .
The first part of the house which we thought we would start on is the kitchen, the kitchen was very old fashioned and was just not our cup of tea at all.
we have totally gutted the kitchen and all we had for a kitchen was four walls, no electric, no sink, no oven and no water. After 6 weeks of hard work we are making progress and we now have the essentials to cook ! yay :)

During the 6 weeks we have been living off junk food and take Aways and I feel rather sluggish after all that bad food :( so today I am going though my old slimming world magazines to prepare some meals for the week ahead.

I've also been introduced to meditation and mindfulness by my friend, it has really helped her and I thought I would give it a go.
I came across an app which I have downloaded called buddhify, I tried it out for the first time yesterday and I found it to be really good. So much so I was that relaxed I fell asleep lol.
There our many meditations to choose from on there and I will be taking ten minutes out each day this week to make time for myself to relax. :)
